Trump was shot yesterday at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania

[VIDEO] Thankfully it was a graze wound to his hear. There are photographs of the bullet that grazed him as he was at the podium speaking. The suspect himself was killed by authorities.

I'm glad certain politicians from President Biden, VP Harris, former President Obama, former Speaker Pelosi, US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer had put out statements that had effectively condemned this act. We could nitpick over what was said or who said what when, but I don't have time to do that now.

Thankfully Trump was whisked away from the rally and another person at the rally was killed. There two other rallygoers who were critically injured. Amazingly this was caught live on TV, in fact I saw a clip of it via PBD Podcast (in an Emergency Podcast) which showed the rally as it aired on C-Span of all places.

Act of political violence? Well Donald Trump is a controversial figure without a doubt and I consider the reckless rhetoric against him. There were violent displays out there directed towards former President Trump and less use the graphic example of "comedienne" Kathy Griffin holding President Trump's bloody head in a photoshoot during his presidency.

I'd say today we're still in a time of unrest and while we're a long way from that crazy year 2020, it seems things haven't returned to normal since the pandemic.

It's crazy that I'm getting most of the news regarding this assassination attempt from Australia's Sky News which seems even more right-wing than FOX News.

Here's hoping we don't see anymore of this before the Presidential Elections in November or even after.

Timcast IRL: Will America reach the 2024 presidential election?

[VIDEO] Scary stuff....

2020 was a strange year with the pandemic and the seeming breakdown in law enforcement and societal norms. We see the strange push for social justice especially in light of George Floyd. It seems this idea of being woke has been put forward like never before.

In this rcnt  Timcast IRL they talk about Col. Douglas MacGregor's dire comments about the 2024 how he sees the general breakdown in America will cause the nation to not even make it to the 2024 election. And Tim Pool and company might take it further someone might ensure there will be further issues with the election. Perhaps someone will cheat again to ensure there person will will sort of how many alleged that happened in 2020 between Trump and Biden.

I'll let you watch Col MacGregor's comments here as he made them about four months ago on PBD's podcast. Allow me to remain optimistic that the chaos of 2020 is something we can get out of but then again America is so severely divided it doesn't seem like we're going to come together anytime soon.

Shapiro: Democrat council member DEFENDS Gov. DeSantis

I'm sharing this video from Ben Shapiro because I like the idea of bipartisanship. A Democrat defending a Republican Governor who appeared at a press conference regarding a shooting and there was about to be a protest. What this lady said with regards to bullets have no party I feel that.

Let's delve into it.

[VIDEO] I intended to opine on the hoopla around the GOP Presidential Debate last week. And of course this video concerns Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis who is running for President against one Donald Trump who was arrested and got a mugshot in Fulton County, Georgia.

There was a shooting at a Dollar General store in Chicago Jacksonville, Florida the victims were Black and the alleged shooter was white. Was this incident racially motivated? I don't know.

What Ben Shapiro discusses here is that what this Jacksonville Councilwoman Ju'Coby Pittman did was a community thing. Gov. DeSantis at least showed up to the scene of a crime and at that a heavily covered crime. A crime that could possibly be motivated by race. A bullet knows no party and if a Republican has to work together for Democrats for more security or police or anything to ensure a safe community then that's a good thing.

And yeah DeSantis is running for President. He might not have a change against Trump, however, if something high profile like this comes up I do hope a Ron DeSantis shows up. He's governed Florida very well I do hope he can do the same for America.

I might also add there is a time and place for politics and a "prayer vigil" for the victims of this potentially racially motivated crime. We can debate that the State of Florida isn't keeping their citizens safe. For now at least we know that there is some attention devoted to this issue. And of course there is a time to let DeSantis know that in light of this event he still isn't doing the right thing.

So anyway as stated in the above video I felt the comments of Ms. Pittman and we need more of it from our public officials. Yeah there is time for political theater and then there is time to come together as a community.

Tucker Carlson: Transgenderism is America's fastest-growing religion

[VIDEO] I wanted to share this video from last nite's edition of Tucker Carlson Tonight.

Tucker considers those groups who support trans rights as the most dangerous extreme group in America. As you see in his monologue - the above video is quite glitchy to be honest so be aware if you want to watch - they have taken over churches, they're in gov't, and you might even say they're even in women's sports.

A question that Tucker Carlson seeks to answer is what is America's new religion. It's no longer Christianity, as you might see above some churches have even been co-opted by the "fringe". Some churches would pray for the victims, however. in the clip above you see one Christian minister refer to the Nashville mass shooter as a martyr or perhaps a victim themselves.

Now, let me state my position I believe people have the right to live their lives they see fit. A man wants to be a woman, I have to let them do them. I'm still trying to figure out what my life is, I don't have time nor the ability to tell others how to figure out their own.

But then this cultism mob-like thing that you will get a hint about in the video above. If you question them then they not only harass you, they also assault you. Basically you can't really challenge who they want to will themselves to be, I think that's a dangerous thing. Worst still amongst that group - I'm really not trying to paint a group of people with a broad brush - are mentally ill people who think it's OK to harm others as that person in Nashville had done that's even more dangerous.

Dangerous enough to call the group that harassed Riley Gaines - a former college athlete who has spoken out against biological men who identify as women competing in sports against biological women - the most dangerous extremist group in America.

ABC 7 Chicago: What we know about Nashville shooter

[VIDEO] I've only been clued into this story during most of this day and will leave out some of the reporting I heard. What I know is that another troubled human being went to a place and started shooting and killed people. Of course this troubled human being was dealt with fatally by police officers.

I could bring up their sexual orientation or gender identity and that's not important. What's important is their state of mind. This person was disturbed to kill not only three adult staff members at this school, she also killed three children. That is disturbing and more disturbing is that this person knew they were going to die doing this.

I ache for the families of the deceased and the children who never will be able to live their lives into adulthood. And the course that this person had undertook only shows how troubled they are. I wish there was an easy answer to stop people like this from harming others.

And no more grandstanding about guns. I've had enough this is not a gun issue it's a serious people/mental health issue.

Timcast IRL: Pelosi attacker turns out to be a Green Party member

[VIDEO] Tim Pool on his podcast discusses the horrible story about Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband. Paul Pelosi was severely beaten with a hammer by an assailant in a home invasion which resulted in Paul - who in recent months had undergone his own legal issues - having to get skull surgery. Yikes, this is very horrible!

The suspect who is clearly mentally ill - in MY opinion - was asking for Nancy Pelosi who is the US House Democrat leader in her capacity of Speaker of the House. It leads me to believe this was a political attack and sadly as Tim Pool discusses in his recent podcast this leads to people claiming someone on the right, potentially an insurrectionist was trying to kill the Democrat Speaker of the House....

What's the reality? Voter records of this suspect shows that he's a registered member of the Green Party which is more left-leaning. Well that man couldn't be further from part of the right or a Republican than being a registered member of the Green Party.

Well look we've been worried about political violence especially after the so-called Insurrection of January 6, 2021. The narrative was that these so-called insurrectionists were attempting to subvert democracy and it started when Donald Trump urged demonstrator to head towards the US Capitol to peacefully protest. Of course Trump by challenging the results which is his right and anyone who supported that effort were trying to subvert democracy. Of course what the other side accuses their opponents of they actually do themselves as they challenged the election of Trump in 2016. Yet they're not themselves "subverting" democracy.

Basically here's the lesson you may not be happy with your public officials on all levels: local, state, and federal. We do have elections where you can vote to get these awful public officials out of office. Political violence on any side should NOT be tolerated at all. And in this case Nancy Pelosi is likely to lose her position as Speaker of the House in the likely event that Republicans will retake the majority in the US House.

I do hope that Paul Pelosi has a speedy recover from his awful assault!

Tim Pool discusses assassination attempt in Louisville, Kentucky

[VIDEO] As you watch this over 20 min video from Pool allow me to share some details in text form:

A Louisville activist has been identified as a suspect in Monday's attempted shooting of mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg.

Quintez Brown, 21, was charged with attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment after Greenberg was shot at in his campaign headquarters Monday morning in Butchertown, LMPD spokeswoman Elizabeth Ruoff said late Monday.

Brown, a civil rights activist, is a former intern and editorial columnist for The Courier Journal.

A police report says a man later identified as Brown entered the building and fired a 9mm Glock handgun at Greenberg before fleeing the building.

Greenberg was not injured, but one of the bullets struck his clothing, Chief Erika Shields said earlier Monday. Police evacuated Greenberg, a Democrat, and his staff from the building and eventually took a person into custody, she said.

I'd be very curious about motive, however, as we go through this article form the Courier Journal it seems as if Mr. Brown has some issues. Such as for example what happened when he disappeared last summer for two weeks. What was the circumstances of that?

Also he's running for office himself (Louisville Metro Council) as Mr. Greenberg is running for Mayor of Louisville. So doing this probably won't bode well for his political career.

Timcast IRL: Fed OVERTLY protect BLM rioters Jan. 6 protesters are proof

[VIDEO] Tim Pool and his guests on the IRL podcast describe a number of graphic examples. The assualt on a federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon or BLM rioters in Minneapolis who outright burned down a police station there or even the assault on the Church of the Presidents - St. John's Episcopal Church, Lafayette Square - which is the church where President Donald Trump did a photo op lifting the Bible over his head. Those weren't considered acts of domestic terror unlike the breach of the U.S. Capitol.

One's got to ask the question, what's the difference? We justify one set of riots over the other?

I'm glad that Texas hostage standoff is over...

It's not often I discuss a current event as it happens on a given day. After spending most of my day watching YouTube videos I switch on the news and find out about this hostage situation in Colleyville, Texas. Thankfully by the end of Saturday evening it's over a hostages at a synagogue down there are safe.

Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted about 9:35 p.m. that all hostages are safe and out of a Colleyville synagogue after a loud bang and gunfire were heard.

U.S. Rep. Beth Van Duyne told a Star-Telegram reporter in a text that the hostage-taker is dead.

A loud bang followed by what sounded like gunfire was heard about 9:12 p.m. Saturday outside the Colleyville synagogue where a hostage situation has been ongoing for hours.

Here's the tweet from TX Gov. Abbott. I'm glad that all individuals who were taken as hostages are safe.

Tim Pool: Rittenhouse judge YELLS at prosecutor over grave misconduct

[VIDEO] I don't feel as if I can adequately give an update to this case as I'm hardly following this. An 18-year-old man faces life in prison in Wisconsin for his part in a violent confrontation that resulted in two deaths during civil unrest in the small metropolis of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

By my eyes it's a clear cut case of self-defense, however, the prosecution from what I heard has done a great job of embarrasing themselves as how they conducted their prosecution. And I hear there could possibly be a mistrial that would prevent further prosecution of one Kyle Rittenhouse.

This trial seems like a mess, however, any trial involving civil unrest during the previous summer there are a lot of attention on a lot of these cases. I could say the attention to Rittenhouse is almost similar to Derek Chauvin although Chauvin is the officer involved with the demise of one George Floyd.

In the case of Rittenhouse, he was a young man of 17 who was confront by very violent men and was able to handle it with his AR-15 rifle. I've seen footage of him crying this incident took a toll on his young emotions. And seeing enough of the judge in this case even he's tired of this case.

#Tucker: Churches in Canada burns as PM Trudeau looks on

[VIDEO] One of my favorite YouTubers on IG took aim at Tucker Carlson's segment on a BLM Utah chapter (see the post below) who stated that the American flag is a racist symbol on another nite Tucker takes aim at burning churches in Canada.

I wrote a tweet mentioning Black churches and deleted it believing it was in poor taste. Now a burning Black church would get our attention here in America as it could be considered a hate crime. Historically targeting a Black church has been cloaked in racist intention.

Now however when we talk about burning churches in Canada no less - our friendly personable neighborhoods in the Great White North - Tucker takes a look at the political implications. And the tweet about Black churches was replaced by this.

Ahh, this is what it's about is it. The so-called - and by myself anyway - progressive left liberals don't like organized religion. Actually they don't like Christianity as it represents "whiteness". I've ran into a few online no less who believes burning a church is OK.

Tucker shows tweets from a few in Canada's gov't who seem generally supportive of this destruction. One tweet came from a member of a Canadian civil liberties group who says burn it all down (tweet has since been taken down and account private). I couldn't find yet the other tweet mentioned in the above video from Gerald Butts who Tucker calls a close confidant to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, however this one is even better.
Wait! I got some research to do. These destroyed churches or Indigenous Canadian churhes. So these arsonists are going to these indigenous communities (think either American Indian or Native American - or the very first Americans from whom Europeans stole the new world from) are destroying these churches.

And the best that Butts can offer is it's understandable that someone would want to burn a church? Really? Aren't the progressive left liberals concerned about people's rights? Perhaps they're not concerned about the right to worship as they please.

Also the response by the Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau was to only say this wasn't the way to go. Which is hardly a strong condemnation.

This seems like "wokeness" run amok, however, I don't have much information to go on. As a man who rarely attends church services anyway I believe people have the right to worship as they please and strongly condemn any arson on a religious structure. This should be condemned as an other God-given right is threatened.

Tim Pool: BLM riots at George Floyd "No Go" zone

[VIDEO] It was in the news yesterday that the city of Minneapolis is taking down George Floyd's memorial near where he died under the restraint of former officer Derek Chauvin. Yeah I know some of you want to say killed, I'll allow you that.

Anyway, there were no riots over that though I'm sure people were upset about dismantling "sacred space". The BLM riots were over police shooting an armed fugitive near that site.

As for dismantling the site I would say it's about time as that area has become dangerous over time. It was advised you don't go up at nite and recently there was a shooting in broad daylight. And then this, I suppose anytime police does anything people will stir up problems.

BTW, I like this comment to this video:

I’ve never seen anywhere else where “oppressed” people were allowed to loot, arson and take over city blocks with little to no repercussions…

Well, what can I say to this?

Timcast: Portland Mayor begs public for info on violent anarchists

[VIDEO] Tim Pool explains the situation better than most, but he might attribute the foolishness in Portland, Oregon to tribalism. I think good old fashioned American liberalism has been conflated with the radical far progressive liberal left. Burn it down has been conflated with support Black people.

So when you see people get upset over George Floyd or the young lady in Columbus, Ohio I just remember there is a segment of the population who think it's OK to riot and that's a liberal value. Sorry I just don't buy into it at all, rioting is destruction and if you conflate this with the civil rights movement of the 1960s sorry you miss the point.

The civil rights movement was peaceful non-violent protest. It's too bad the propaganda machine views a burning building as a largely peaceful demonstration....

Luis Gutierrez on the tragic case of Adam Toledo

I heard Luis Gutierrez on the radio today and I may disagree with his take on the Adam Toledo case. Toledo was 13-years-old one very late nite when he was shot by a police officer. I've yet to see the actually video - I really don't like watching anyone's death in real time with very few exceptions - the screen caps I've seen showed him holding a gun and ultimately ditching the gun before his death. It would be easy to say the police acted reasonably as in did the officer see Toledo throw the gun away. It could also be said that Toledo at 13 probably wasn't mature enough to understand the gravity of what was going on.

Gutierrez is right though a gang member preyed upon Toledo. That gang member likely did something with that gun and in order to evade accountability gave Toledo his gun. Toledo was a troubled youth and I learned through Gutierrez that he had a learning disability and the education system failed him. Never fear the 21-year-old gang member was also caught and had a bail hearing this month.

Anyway the Sun-Times got some of Gutierrez a former longtime US Congressman and his criticism of Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx

Former congressman Luis Gutierrez slammed Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx on Sunday for failing to review video footage showing the police killing of 13-year-old Adam Toledo before a top deputy offered an erroneous account of the shooting during a court hearing earlier this month.

“That’s not acceptable,” Gutierrez said, calling out Foxx during a news conference at Daley Plaza. “Shame on you. How could you not have seen that video?”

Gutierrez went on to say he was “disappointed” in Foxx’s “explanation of the misleading description propagated by one of your top lieutenants” — an apparent reference to statements Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy made during an April 10 bail hearing for 21-year-old Ruben Roman, who was with Adam before the fatal shooting and arrested at the scene.

During the hearing, Murphy said Adam was holding a gun a moment before he was shot in the chest by a Chicago police officer early March 29. But bodycam video released days after the hearing showed that Adam apparently dropped a handgun and raised his hands right before a single bullet struck him.

Gutierrez said Foxx’s office’s initial description of the video footage effectively “muzzled” him and other community members.

“I would’ve spoken out earlier. I would’ve reached out,” Gutierrez said. “But you know what I thought? I said, the kid had a gun. He pointed it at the police officer.”

“And then I saw the video,” he added. “I didn’t see a gun. What I saw was a frightened 13-year-old kid getting shot by a police officer.”

And as the article goes on, there are parallels between what happened with Laquan McDonald and Adam Toledo. The McDonald case helped Foxx's predecessor Anita Alvarez lose her office in 2016 and ushered in the Foxx era at the State's Attorney Office. We have a few years before Foxx face the voters again as she just got re-elected in 2020, however, will this very tragic and sad case of this very troubled teen boy still be on the minds of voters in 2024.

Just for the hell of it, perhaps this news story from our local CBS affiliate regarding Gutierrez's comments will shed some light. [VIDEO]

What's going on in Minnesota?

[VIDEO] I wanted to share this report by Tim Pool from this morning. I know there are more developments out of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota where another police shooting of a Black person has gotten the attention of the media and unfortunately caused the rabble rousers to test their distorted theory. The distortion of rioting is the language of the unheard.

You know Minnesota especially the Twin Cities area has been badly battered by the unrest last year after George Floyd's untimely demise and the trial of the now fired police officer involved is still ongoing. Still more of this it has been said Minnesota has been a bit weird - actually in another YouTube video.

I'm just unhappy that such a great state is getting torn apart by people who are just hell-bent on causing destruction. They hide behind fighting police violence and racism, but what I now recognize is that this is all an excuse.

I don't know enough about the shooting that happened. I hear things that there was a traffic stop and then the car started moving after the stop, and then the police fired shots. Then why did the police fire shots, however, the real-time story doesn't matter for some. On the surface the tragedy that occurred forwards the same familiar narrative and enough people will buy it.

Tim Pool: Antifa Rioters Try BURNING Down Federal Courthouse, Riots Are Back And Heating Up under Biden

[VIDEO] This what I've been saying since the unrest over the summer, those individuals engaging in this activity will become the Democrats problem. Democrats can virtue signal all they want over being down for the cause or even sympathetic to what these "activists" are engaging in violent behavior it'll engulf Democrats as much as they want to blame Trump or the Republicans for it.

Can the Democrats show they're in favor of law and order? I hate to say it but at least Trump could stand tall and say hes for law and order.

Giuliani: What really happened on January 6, 2021

UPDATE JANUARY 13, 2021 at some point after sharing this video Giuliani's video was taken down from Vimeo

Well this is the first time in a while that I have written four posts in one day.

Anyway I alluded to this video this morning from Mayor Rudolph Giuliani which he posted to YouTube yesterday. Giuliani typed out a tweet letting us know that his most recent video was removed from the Google owned video portal.

See he strayed from the narrative of President Donald Trump inciting violence with the incident on Capitol Hill on January 6. We can watch together....

BTW, while I love YouTube and hope to one day make money on it. Well not so much because of what I write on here as of late and it doesn't help that Google owns Blogger. Either way what I'm saying is perhaps I might start myself a Vimeo account.

The "swamp" finally got what they wanted

[VIDEO] Tim Pool discusses the events of yesterday the certification of electoral votes in favor of Joe Biden. President Trump finally pledges an orderly transition. And it seems Trump is getting ready to leave office on January 20th.

I once predicted back in 2016 that whoever won the election that year would likely have only one term. That prediction as much as I hope that wouldn't come to pass has come true. I can't ignore the possibility that there were some voters who took a chance on Trump in '16 didn't like his conduct and personality and voted for someone else - whether Biden or whomever.

The sad toll four people died, one woman was shot in the neck by a police officer inside the Capitol. Three others had a medical emergency of some sort and died as a result. Truly a crazy day yesterday and it helped evaporate any energy the electoral vote objections had. I saw it when newly defeated Kelly Loefler from Georgia pledged to drop her objections, and she wasn't the only one. I should've anticipated this, however, once the nonsense happened in Washington it changed the mood for sure.

I want to note that there is a stark difference between how many viewed the riots over the summer in a number of cities vs what happened on Capitol Hill. The people who stormed the Capitol were insurrectionists, this was a coup d'etat, or even god forbid seditionists. Then again for the unrest over the past summer I think those same rules apply. Seditionist would apply to the assault in Portland on a federal courthouse and it would apply to the CHAZ/CHOP area of Seattle. There was no real outcry on the progressive liberal side of the aisle.

I would dare say the progressive liberal Democrats would feign support for why this destruction took place over the summer and yet be very upset over this. I hate the blindness Democrats have regarding Antifa/BLM the swamp Democrats who hold gov't positions won't get much harbor from these rabid leftist anarchists. We've seen it some rabid anarchist attempted to attack Andrea Mitchell and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton. They booed Ted Wheeler when he attempted to speak to the "seditionists" in Portland attempting to show solidarity with them (and why would he want to show solidarity with them). Let's be clear anytime there is violence for any reason whether political or even race riots it has to be condemned and it can't be excused!

So aside from the electoral vote count on Wednesday, perhaps I have some hope that the incoming Democrat administration will be a lot stronger on this issue. I feel as if I will be very disappointed, but let's hope they realize they're not safe from this. They can be as hard on the people they can oppose all they want, but the ones they cover for aren't their allies.

Meanwhile it seems Trump has finally accepted his loss in November. I don't have to like that fact, but that's where we are today. Now we need to look forward to 2022 and 2024, hopefully we will be out of this crazy pandemic by those years.

January 6, 2021 - an opinionated blog post

I don't feel like linking to any news stories. If you want news stories go to my twitter feed @Levois as I shared a number of tweets about what happened today. It has left me dismayed at the state of America.

I don't care who stormed the U.S. Capitol today it could be white supremacists, BLM, Antifa, Proud Boys, etc. they need to go to jail. This is being called anything from a riot to a coup d'etat. America thanks to this pandemic has gone in a weird direction and now I wonder where do we go from here.

We're going through a rough time, this isn't the first time and sadly it won't be the last. I don't want to point the fingers at Republicans nor Democrats, I won't even point the finger at our President. We're in the situation we're in for a reason unfortunately.

Yes perhaps Americans think the system has failed them and want to make this right somehow. And unfortunately we got Americans who want a violent overthrow of the system. I don't know where we go from here, however, so far I see America just hasn't settled down yet.

I'm even more concerned for the future...

Legal Insurrection: Leftists Are Physically Attacking Trump Supporters Just Like They Did in 2016

The funniest part about this is that the left or the progressive liberal in 2016 thought there was no way they'd lose the election to Donald Trump. They didn't think America would vote for someone who in reality was unproven as a political candidate. They were proven wrong, as often stated the election of Trump as President was America's way of saying no to the same old, same old.

Of course now that it's entirely possible that Trump could win re-election it seems violence is becoming a thing. And there is an uptick in incidents against Trump supporters, however, depending upon what source you read you might not hear much about it unless you read Legal Insurrection for example. ;)

Well we have until Tuesday to know how this election will turn out.
