[VIDEO] It didn't seem that long ago that Elon Musk wasn't even in Donald Trump's camp and then things start to change within the last four years. Though Musk had in the recent past consider President Trump unfit for the office to turn around and in 2024 he's supported Trump's successful bid to regain the Presidency.
And now Musk is poised to head the Dept. of Gov't Efficiency and cut down the nat'l debt as a result.
It also seems if you watch this video that the Biden administration seemed to dismiss Musk's accomplishments. Especially with the Tesla cars and even with the administrations push for electric cars and they still failed to fully support or publicize his brand of electric cars.
And this should be a given if in the past Musk supported Barack Obama - 44th P.OT.U.S. - and Biden is Obama's "boy".
Expect a mention of the "woke mind virus" which is part of this landmark Supreme Court case being argued currently.
[VIDEO] In talking about last month's presidential race where former Pres. Donald J. Trump received a mandate to return to the White House after a four-year break we hear one word - gaslighting. Commentator Victor David Hansen breaks it down, almost as if the Biden administration and his backers just plain were lying to the American people about what was really going on.
We hear about the many ways that Trump was able to win and how enthusiasm for Kamala Harris was just so low. Yeah she didn't have a lot of time to mount a campaign, I'll allow that. If Biden had dropped out in 2023 and the party decided on Kamala - through primaries I would expect unlike when Biden dropped out in July 2024 - would there still be any great enthusiasm?
Who knows, but listen to this interview and let me know what you think.
I had intended to vote early but found myself doing it on election day. The results weren't surprising although I didn't expect a particularly overwhelming victory. My gut said it would be a very close election and they'd be counting for days.
Vice President Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate, but then let's be fair she had a short time to get a campaign together. How she replaced President Joe Biden as a nominee in July is a story in and of itself. Perhaps that should be studied by future politicos. Hopefully neither the Republicans or the Democrats will never, ever do that again.
At the end of the day it appears no one was motivated to vote for the first woman of color as President. The Vice President just didn't make her case very well why Americans should vote for her.
As an aside Republicans regain Senate next year and thankfully there will be a change in leadership, Mitch McConnell already stated he's stepping down. It has become apparent that he had been suffering some serious health issues in recent years.
I'm not sure what the margin is in the US House though it appears Republicans will keep control. The margin of control had been thin due to removals and resignation. And also it seemed any Republican leader in the house seems under threat of removal with what happened to Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
This recent election is viewed as a mandate. Let's see what the 45th and future 47th President will be able to do in his next four years.
Also a political comeback, January 6, 2021 could've been a day that should've knocked the President out. And he was impeached not long after he left office. And then the court cases, Democrats liked to bring up that Trump was a convicted felon.
It didn't matter, my two cents if you leave him alone he may just go away. They couldn't and I think his base turned out because they believed Dems were going to use every tool they could to keep him from running again and winning.
I may also add these last four years weren't great years.
Now to see how Mr. Beat will look at this election.
[VIDEO] Election Day is next Tuesday just as a reminder.
Rogan also extended an invitation to Vice President Kamala Harris, however, it appears that they haven't been able to come to terms. The invitation is still open and this would be a great opportunity to hear from the first woman President - she's failed so far in her media blitz since she became the Democrat nominee. So much for her being a "cultural icon" even Beyonce didn't help...
Anyway, we get to hear more from Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance running for Vice President with the 45th P.O.T.U.S. Donald Trump who already had his appearance with Rogan. This interview is over three hours.
[VIDEO] Almost three hours of Trump (45th and potentially 47th P.O.T.U.S.) with Joe Rogan. This was something that has been discussed and it's a good thing that the Vice President Kamala Harris likely won't go on. The Vice President's media blitz has been a bust but she gets points for trying.
Of course you know what Trump talks about himself and what he did in office and what he hopes to do as the 47th P.O.T.U.S.
[VIDEO] Found this on YouTube Tuesday nite. Decided to watch before going to bed and then share it with you.
A look back at the 45th President's ascension to the Presidency in 2016. We all knew he had been a cultural figure, well known nationally. We know he was involved with New York real estate and a man who didn't mind showing that he was wealthy.
He was brash and bold and we saw that in 2016. Trump is not your typical politician and he's put up there with Lincoln, Kennedy and Reagan. Those men were considered outsiders or perhaps "uncontrollable".
Also I may add that definitely talked about the defeat heard round the world, Trump defeats Hillary Clinton in 2016. The establishment just knew it would be her, she probably was anointed and she definitely took it for granted.
Either way what do you think about this movie? Will Trump have his second presidential victory in '24?
[VIDEO] Add to this the number of interviews that the Vice President has that's just very underwhelming. Part of this is that we're looking at basically soft interviews. She's going onto very friendly venues and we're still not getting answers about who she is and what she stands for.
Tim Pool and his crew talks about this interview.
Also I don't follow Call Her Daddy, but this is a podcast which caters to women and the basic conversation is sexuality. I suppose doing this podcast makes sense for VP Harris if she wants to primarily talk about the abortion issue.
[VIDEO] Dave Ramsey is more about personal finance but he weighs in sometimes on the issues of the day. Sometimes the issues of the day affect your personal finance such as inflation for example. He gets very upset over gov't spending and sometimes how the federal gov't is run.
What he does say is correct though what happens at your house is more important that what happens in the White House, the people's house.
As you may know Trump will advertise how the economy went during his term in office. Of course, what helped kill that was the pandemic. There were soundbites during his presidency that shows some activists/pundits such as Bill Maher who said they want the economy to tank to get President Trump out. Now that right there is sick as hell. That's how bad some didn't want him in power.
He wants to get energy in America back on track. Inflation back under control. He wants to ensure that Americans can have more take home pay. I wish they had the time in this approximately 25 min. interview to discuss how the 45th POTUS plans to eliminate the income tax.
There was a VP debate last nite and I hadn't really discussed nor shown the so far only debate between Vice President Kamala Harris & Donald Trump. We're going to have to go to the "Shedd School of Poli Sci" for that one.
Oh I forgot to add, Ramsey had extended an invitation to interview the Vice President and it seems so far he hasn't gotten a response positive or negative. But then again she hasn't largely been doing many and the handful she had been doing were friendly and she still isn't doing that well in them. But I would be curious what a Ramsey interview with VP Harris would look like,
[VIDEO] I'm not sure what to make of this running mate choice of Gov. Tim Walz for V.P. Kamala Harris.
And I just knew there was going to be some mention of Gov. Walz's response to the riots that gripped Minneapolis - Minnesota's largest city - at the end of May 2020. You will see some soundbites from his many press conferences from that time in the above video.
Minnesota is a solidly blue state and Walz has been governor of Minnesota since 2019, re-elected in 2023. Some could say this is a crumb to the radical left. Of course that being said, most voters will vote for the Presidential candidate not the running mate.
I'm sorry to not have written a whole lot on this blog after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump and all the developments during the Republican nat'l convention to now.
We can start with Trump has a running mate US Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH). And the Dems with their own changes since the Republican convention had started referring to him as "weird".
Pres. Joe Biden dropped out of his re-election campaign after the GOP Nat'l Convention. It's very likely almost certain that his Vice President Kamala Harris will replace Pres. Biden at the top of the Democrat ticket.
VP Harris will soon appoint her own running mate and one candidate under consideration is my Governor J.B. Pritzker. The Democrat nat'l convention is coming to Chicago this month and most are predicting it will be chaotic inside and outside.
Other possible candidates for the Democrat nomination for Vice President include Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA), Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY), Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), and Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN).
Mark Dice did a video about this recently. VP Harris did a rally in ATL this week and one of the acts that were there were Megan the Stallion and her entourage. Megan was probably the draw to this rally that appeared to be very packed. [VIDEO]
BTW, nice dig from Dice as they introduced the Vice President and it appears it was a moment before she got on stage. I will admit I have yet to see raw footage from the rally just to be sure how long it took for her to get onto stage.
VP Harris is being marketed as a "cultural icon". She's the best thing since sliced bread. And I already know how she could possibly attack Trump it's to utilize her identity as a woman or as a Jamaican-Indian. She's going to use her identity as a Woman of Color.
Nevermind that she's part of a horrible administration the Biden/Harris administration. Out of control inflation (grocery prices very high), a border crisis which has sent migrants to these blue sanctuary cities. And allow me to add VP Harris is the border tsar and they're trying to forward the narrative that she never was. Even if NBC News anchor Lester Holt tried to query her about going to the border and she just laughed awkwardly when he tried to press her.
I wanted to add this segment from Matt Walsh. How to counteract the use of celebrities by one side of the aisle in politics. [VIDEO]
A good answer is that you don't. Especially if this other celebrity doesn't have the reach that left-wing celebrities do. You can't play the game of, "hey look I got a rapper too".
You got to challenge these politicians on policy. That's the best way. However, my concern is that no one really thinks in term of policy. Can you really convince people to vote for you based on your policies?
I don't know. Most voters seem to make up their minds on candidates and there isn't a rhyme or reason. I might vote based on policy. I might vote based on who's running. As much as I wish people were with me on certain positions or candidates, in reality people do what they think makes the most sense to them.
Allow me to add, 2020 was such an odd year and thankfully we a far cry from the pandemic, the race riots err sorry civil unrest, the anxiety, being shut-in at home, kids not going to school, most of the economy shut down, etc. There were people who thought Trump needed to go in 2020, and yes we could say there was some cheating going on that enabled Joe Biden to be elected the 46th POTUS.
I'm a long way from saying that I know what's going to happen in November. Time will tell if VP Harris starts to implode in her attempt to become America's first female POTUS. Will this seemingly manufactured enthusiasm be sustained into November?
[VIDEO] I try to space these posts out when I do have time to post, but I have to share this.
Bill O'Reilly speaks with Chris Cuomo on NewsNation and as you probably could tell. He says Trump did himself no favors by coming to the NABJ convention in Chicago.
I have to say in 2016 I was on the phone with someone that seemed especially affected by race issues. He believed the media - or perhaps his only glance at the news if not that he deeply did any research which I doubt - that Trump was a racist. He went further than that and I'm not comfortable doing that, however, he went with the talking points about Trump in 2016.
He's likely not the only one that believes this. Now he probably would have a warped view of this. With that said I haven't spoken with him in years so only he knows. He probably would make this about the journalist here (ABC News' Rachael Scott) and never consider Trump's side.
However, O'Reilly is right. The other side will take the ammo from this and there is ammo here. The Vice President can look at this and stand one foot taller.
The journalist may not have made herself look good by her questions here and Trump may not have helped himself here. Whether or not this matters during the 2024 race, we'll have to see.
[VIDEO] I was surprised to see Trump visit Chicago yesterday. The last time he was in Chicago they rioted inside of an auditorium at a Trump campaign rally in Chicago. We're talking 2016, this was era of Rahm Emanuel's "Chicago Values".
Tim Pool on his IRL podcast takes a look at some of his "roasts" of the journalists who only seem to expose their hostility towards him. What are Black jobs? What are DEI hires? Why should Black voters vote for you based on your "racist" rhetoric"?
I like how Pool notes that Trump - the former President - brought all the receipts as far as how this event was conducted. For example they were late and the questions and even the sound equipment.
Someone else in a video noted that FOX News' Harris Faulkner's microphone was quiet compared to the other two journalists who were much closer to Trump on the stage.
And one victim of that is Vivek Ramaswamy who dropped out this past evening. It will be onto the very important New Hampshire primary we'll see how that goes next week.
The 45th POTUS was always a strong front runner and while the 46th POTUS is currently showing that he's mentally shot. This is his momentum, and I hope he doesn't beat us over the head about the "stolen" 2020 race.
He'd do well to remind all Americans that this nation hadn't done well since "let's go Brandon" assumed the Presidency.
2020 was a strange year with the pandemic and the seeming breakdown in law enforcement and societal norms. We see the strange push for social justice especially in light of George Floyd. It seems this idea of being woke has been put forward like never before.
In this rcnt Timcast IRL they talk about Col. Douglas MacGregor's dire comments about the 2024 how he sees the general breakdown in America will cause the nation to not even make it to the 2024 election. And Tim Pool and company might take it further someone might ensure there will be further issues with the election. Perhaps someone will cheat again to ensure there person will will sort of how many alleged that happened in 2020 between Trump and Biden.
I'll let you watch Col MacGregor's comments here as he made them about four months ago on PBD's podcast. Allow me to remain optimistic that the chaos of 2020 is something we can get out of but then again America is so severely divided it doesn't seem like we're going to come together anytime soon.
[VIDEO] During the debate on Wednesday nite the sparks flew between former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and the best soundbites came out of that. Vivek Ramaswamy was called scum.
I'd say one unfortunately shot was Vivek's jab against Haley's adult daughter who he says has a following on TikTok. However many of Vivek's shots are regarding whatever monetary gains Ms. Haley had made as a result of her time at the United Nations and certainly Haley's very hawkish positions.
I don't remember if it was from this morning's PBD Podcast where this clip comes from or from another video discussing the GOP Presidential debates referring to the heat between Vivek and Haley as "South Asian violence".
As for Ron DeSantis the wonderful Governor of Florida who's presidential ambitions are floundering, well Viviek says he has no personality and that perhaps he was pushed into it. Perhaps this isn't what he really wanted and I suppose one has to wonder if being a governor of a state translates to becoming a US President.
Also he was on PBD's podcast last month and the talk beyond the podcast was of DeSantis' height. Distraction? Could be, however, for a time after his podcast appearance is that we're wonder about DeSantis' boots and how they fit him. Also whether or not he's wearing some type of heels or even lifts.
[VIDEO] This actually dropped last nite during the GOP Presidential Debates which Donald Trump again didn't attend. The bits and pieces I have seen shows a chaotic debate where no one really stood out and it shows which candidate thought of as a threat for example a lot of back-and-forth with Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis & Vivek Ramaswany.
The best part of the debate is when the moderators attempted to play GOP "Survivor" and vote on who should drop out of this race and Gov. Ron DeSantis said that this would be disrespectful to his opponents. I know that the GOP candidates have been snappy towards each other but I respect DeSantis more for that. Just disappointed in his campaign.
Anyway I did a pivot didn't I?
Back to Tucker Carlson's interview with O'Reilly. It was an interesting discussion. O'Reilly talks a little about corporate politics at News Corp which he claimed to stay away from. He had some independence with the late honcho Roger Ailes and one Ailes left he knew his position was in trouble.
The parallel between O'Reilly and Tucker Carlson is that they both had the No. 1 rated show on cable news and both were cancelled by FOX News Channel. And worse still what helped tank O'Reilly and The O'Reilly Factor was allegations of sexual misconduct.
And while I haven't signed up I do like that O'Reilly like Tucker had moved from broadcast/cable news to their own thing on the internet. And the trend seems to have been growing since the 2000s the rise of independent media such as O'Reilly's No Spin News. Perhaps 24/7 cable news has had its day.
Anyway, NBC's Kristen Welker interviews the 45th POTUS regarding election fraud, the economy, the Biden administration, Ukraine/Russia, and even noted he's the first former President in over 100 years to run for President again. So he could follow in the footsteps of - for one - Grover Cleveland who served two non-consecutive terms as President in the 19th Century.
Having seen this interview on YouTube long after perhaps a more edited interview was broadcast, this seemed like a great interview and at times 45 was seemingly hostile to Welker. I suppose I became more interested in him handling an interview with an outlet who would be likely more unfair to him than say FOX News - although that's in doubt now. He did allow that Welker herself is a better journalist than most in the "fake news media".
One question that was important to ask if whether or not American voters want to hear about the past - the 2020 race especially which Trump still claims was rigged - or do they want to hear about the future? What are President Trump's future plans if American voters return him to the White House in 2024?
What I have here is the unedited interview and let me know your thoughts on it.
[VIDEO] Trump is such a threat that radical progressives want to use 14th Amendment to keep him off the ballot in 2024. They're trying to use the justice system and had tried to impeach him even after leaving office to keep him from running again. Unprecedented.
The relevant section that is being used to attempt to keep Trump out of the White House a second time.
Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
All about that shocking "insurrection".....and could this apply to Trump when the history of this amendment is actually related to the Civil War.
[VIDEO] Unlike CNN, FOX News Channel is a more favorable venue for the 45th POTUS. Although we've learned in the years since he lost the presidency that they have become far more hostile to him. Perhaps as hostile as CNN or MSNBC.
I've seen clips of this several times and I just said ooof to all the people he's either attacked or has turned on him since 2020. I can't believe he's gone after his own former press secretary who matched his tone as Trump is very hostile to the press. Others I'm just not surprised, however, it's safe to say Trump doesn't exactly engender loyalty and he doesn't seem to offer it.
Perhaps Bill O'Reilly is right, every relationship with him is transactional and if he's disappointed in the transaction it will get personal.
Regardless, now I might question Trump's ability to get the right people around him!
The most recent episode of Tucker Carlson on Twitter regarding President Joe Biden and the indictment of former President Donald Trump for possessing classified documents. Basically the federal gov't under President Biden effectively indicting his predecessor and possible 2024 election opponent Trump.
As another aside, Tucker starts off talking about a banner on FOX News which refers to Biden as a "wannabe dictator".
Now wait Tucker seems to be speaking up for FOX News. Why would the so-called liberal elite condemn FOX News for an errant banner and especially if it's just unimaginable and untrue that Biden is a wannabe dictator. The liberals err the left err the progressives hate FOX News anyway they're the opposition.
Nevermind that FOX News a network that is often associated with conservatism also celebrates Pride month themselves. Even internally as some of their prominent personalities speak out against inappropriate material in grade school classrooms or the push to allowing minors to medically transition genders.
