Spain’s Ceuta Border Collapse: Trump Calls It an “Invasion”

Yesterday and today, Spain’s North African enclave of Ceuta was hit by one of the largest single migrant surges in recent European memory.

Thousands of people (Spanish Interior Ministry figures later put the total who crossed or attempted to cross since Thursday morning around 50,000) poured in from Morocco. Many swam around the border fence. Reception centers for unaccompanied minors hit 2,400% of capacity. Local authorities declared a humanitarian and social emergency. At least nine people died in the water. Spain deployed military units to back up the Civil Guard. Morocco cooperated on rapid returns, and tens of thousands were already turned back by Friday.

President Trump addressed it during a cabinet meeting at Camp David. Here are the key lines:

  • “I saw Spain yesterday, and I watched the catastrophe that took place. It looks like an invasion of a country… hundreds of thousands of people.”
  • “That same thing’s going to happen to us if the Republicans don’t get elected, except worse. Much bigger… our country will be invaded at levels that made Spain look small time.”
  • “They’re coming in by the tens of thousands. They’re just invading the country… weak law, bad management, but very liberal law… That will look good compared to what’s going to happen to the United States.”

Rupert Lowe on PBD Podcast: Starmer’s Resignation and Britain’s Failures

This morning on the PBD Podcast, British MP Rupert Lowe joined Patrick Bet-David for a wide-ranging, no-holds-barred conversation. The episode — focused on the Rape Gang Inquiry Lowe recently released and Keir Starmer’s resignation — pulled no punches on Britain’s institutional failures, mass immigration fallout, and the rapid turnover of prime ministers.

It’s the kind of direct talk that rarely makes it through mainstream British media filters. Here’s a clear breakdown of who Lowe is and what stood out, especially his comments on the “revolving door” in the Prime Minister’s office.

Who Is Rupert Lowe?

Rupert Lowe is the Restore Britain MP for Great Yarmouth (elected in 2024 originally on the Reform UK ticket). He previously served as a Brexit Party MEP and built a career as a businessman, farmer, and former chairman of Southampton Football Club.

He split from Nigel Farage’s Reform UK after internal disagreements and launched Restore Britain as a harder-edged alternative focused on mass deportations, scrapping net-zero targets, and confronting what he calls the grooming gang cover-up. Lowe crowdfunded around £600,000 for an independent inquiry into organized child sexual exploitation, which he released recently. The report estimates (conservatively) up to 250,000 victims — mostly white British girls aged 11–13 — with perpetrators overwhelmingly of Pakistani Muslim background, alongside other groups.

In the conversation, which dropped amid news of Keir Starmer’s resignation, Lowe doesn’t hold back on Britain’s leadership instability and the grooming gang scandal.

Starmer Resigns: The Revolving Door of UK Prime Ministers Continues

So it has happened. The British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his resignation today. As was predicted with certainty by President Donald Trump. I wonder if his spot-on call came from communication between the two “peers.”

Brexit at 10: Wins, Costs, Immigration Realities, and Starmer’s Mounting Crisis

Fresh reports say UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer could announce a resignation timetable as early as Monday. The Observer detailed his weekend at Chequers and internal pressure, while Reuters and BBC covered the shifting mood inside Labour and speculation about successor Andy Burnham. President Trump weighed in on Truth Social, declaring “Keir Starmer will resign” and citing failures on immigration and energy.

I watched Bloomberg Originals’ This Is What Brexit Cost the World amid this news. Here’s a concise breakdown.

The Breaking Point: Governments vs. Their Own People

The West is hitting a dangerous tipping point. Native citizens in countries like the UK are being pushed aside by policies that favor mass immigration from the third world, often at the expense of safety, culture, and basic fairness. Anti-white racism, demographic replacement, and elite contempt for everyday people are fueling growing unrest.

#Tucker: Immigration

[VIDEO] Episode 30 of Tucker on X/Twitter - not X, Elon, XTwitter. Anyway he discusses the immigration issue. He discusses this in terms of the great replacement theory.

That is you want chaos in America bring in people who don't share the same values as American citizens. And as we learn from a Polish politician Dominik Tarczynski this issue affects all nations around the globe. It especially affects European nations as Tarcynski points the finger at not allowing any Muslim migrants into Poland.

Again it's about bringing in people who share mostly the same values as people who may already live in a nation. If you have people who believe in tribalism as opposed to the rule of law. If you have people who believe it's OK to treat certain groups of people unfairly just because. Then there is no cohesion.

Of course the main issue for most Americans is who are these migrants, how many of them are really looking for new opportunities? Or how many of them are actually criminals who were smuggled up by these criminal drug cartels?

As for great replacement theory, it seems very difficult to find a non-baised source that doesn't refer to it as racist.

Tucker: People are upset about this

[VIDEO] The media in America are upset about a front runner for the new Prime Minister of Italy. Her - Giorgia Meloni - party which is the Brothers of Italy is part of a center right coalition who gained seats in the Italian Parliament over the weekend.

You go to CNN, MSNBC, or even CBS news and you see how her success and her message is playing outside of FOX News' Tucker Carlson Tonight. That is to say they want her to be seen as a fascist and perhaps by extension they don't want her messages to spread here!

Oh Italy does have a history with fascism think Benito Mussolini, I wonder how often this will be played up with the change in Italian gov't.

Kemi Badenoch in UK Parliament speaks against "critical race theory"

[VIDEO] Badenoch is a Conservative MP for Saffron Waldon and this speech has been making the rounds on social media as she speaks for the Conservative gov't of Boris Johnson on critical race theory. Over the course of this summer we've heard a lot more of white privilege and it seems the narrative of defunding or abolishing police being taught in our classrooms.

I've got some research to do on critical theory however it seems as if victimhood seems to be easily promoted with that theory.

However, I'm glad to see that just like here in America where President Trump has pledged to remove elements of critical theory from American schools and certainly in gov't employment - you know I've seen screencaps of some online sessions where whites are forced to admit they're racist and that's utterly disgraceful. In the UK as Badenoch states whatever the American history is, it has very little to do with British history many blacks such as her came there as free people.

Does American socialists want the Scandinavian model?

[VIDEO] The left in this country these so-called progressive liberals want socialism. They like to talk about helping the poor and making the rich pay their "fair share" in taxes - in fact we're undergoing that debate in Illinois where voters in November will vote on a graduated income tax to replace our flat income tax here. However what's the difference between Scandinavian socialism vs the socialism in a place like Venezuela. We see this video above from Prager U with Debbie D.Souza

Well for starters Scandinavian nations Denmark, Norway and Sweden aren't as apt to make the rich pay their fair share. All citizens have to pay into the system. They're essentially capitalist nations that still have thriving businesses and are great places to do business. Raising the minimum wage to $15/hr has become the rage in many "progressive liberal" or blue states however in the Scandinavian region there is no state mandated minimum wage. You still have options for private education or health insurance.

As far as capitalism is all wealth creation and socialism is wealth redistribution. Those go hand in hand doesn't it? If there's no money how do we afford these wonderful things we expect gov't to provide?

Anyway, according to D'Souza the progressive liberal American left reject the Scandinavian model. They seem to prefer the Venezuelan model the one that is based on sowing social division. We go from rich vs. poor to racial divisions. Wait isn't that what's been going on over the summer division according racial lines here in America...

As you go through the video you might see some similarities with the worst of the unrest here in this nation collectivos there vs. Antifa here. They don't exist in Scandinavian and that's not to say they have their own issues. However, beware of what Bernie Sanders and/or the Squad of Congress advocate for. Do they want to take us to Stockholm or do they want to take us to Caracas?

BTW, this is sort of related. This video from last year from John Stossel takes a look at the situation in Venezuela. It seems they've been quiet lately it's probably the pandemic certainly and it seems there are a lot of issues here taking our attention also. [VIDEO]

On this day the Berlin Wall fell

[VIDEO] On this day 29 years ago, the Berlin Wall fell. The above video is a history of the Berlin Wall. The wall divided the German city of Berlin between the American allied west and the Communist allied east. It was considered a symbol of the so-called "Iron Curtain.

I'm glad Berlin is one city again and that the gov't that ran East Berlin and East Germany fell and the nation of Germany was reunited under a democratic regime.

I vaguely remember this event back in 1989, but because of my youth failed to understand its impact. It likely had less of an impact on me than the sight of a person confronting a tank during the Tiananmen Square uprising earlier that same year.

Prager U: Why Britain Left the European Union

[VIDEO] Brexit happened over two years ago. On June 23, 2016 the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland voted to leave the European union. Untile watching this Prager U ivdeo it wasn't something I understood.

Nigel Farage who is not only a member of the European Union Parliment, but a leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party and according to the Prager U description a leader in the "Brexit" movement. That means he largely lead the charge successful back in 2016 for the British nation to leave Europe's political and economic union. I can boil it down to British voters recognize that remaining in the EU wasn't in their best economic interests.

Which BTW, I've read that Donald Trump ascension to the Presidency later that year over former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was America's answer to Brexit. Question is in what ways, that I've yet to figure out!

Also in other news, British Prime Minister Teresa May has a new look cabinet over the Brexit question!

Also Trump has a NATO summit in Europe and well is shaking up things there.

VIDEO: Is America becoming Europe?

[VIDEO] This video I found interesting. Consider this today's food for thought. A comparison between Europe and the United States. There are big government leftists who see the socialist models of European nations as the inspiration for what they hope to bring to this nation. The video points to the things that makes this nation different and sets us a part from the Europeans.

So we may ask if America is losing what made this nation great in the first place?

This makes me want to read Democracy in America by Alexis Du Tocqueville. That seminal book is duly noted in this video and while I do have that physical book in my library I've yet to take the take to read. It's time that I do so.

This video is today's food for thought.

Hat-tip The Other McCain! That post was written by a blogger named Smitty who answered this question in the blog title with this response, "Yes".

VIDEO: Remains of English King Richard III found under parking lot

[VIDEO] A decade ago, I checked out of the library a movie version of William Shakespeare's Richard III. This film released in 1995 basically transported the period of King Richard III's reign into the 20th century and turned England into a 1930s fascist state. It's one of my favorite film adaptation of any of Shakespeare's plays.

Today, it seems that scientists may have found the maligned English King's remains in a parking lot. What an interesting fate and the question I have is how did they know remains were there?

Anyway, we now know what happened to the remains of one of the Kings of England. It's quite fascinating really. Just for kicks a line from the Shakespeare play: "A horse! A horse! My kingdom for a horse!". In the case of that line it was used in the 1995 film when he was attempting to start a Jeep. LOL!
