To be more accurate what you will read via this link is a rant about how Black teens are treated by criminal justice system. A police officer in North Carolina claimed in his report that a teen made full 360 degree circles in his vehicle on a street, just one thing... Well the skidmarks you will see in "the money shot" didn't show any obvious donuts.
It merely showed that this kid was right about swerving to avoid hitting a cat. Thankfully this kid got off for a really odd - well not sure if error is the right term for this - report. And all this did was allow a defense attorney to share with the world this episode.
Now I really want a law degree.
