[VIDEO] Not to end Thanksgiving on a less than high note but I failed to note the end of another court case that a few people are watching. Especially for the situation of a Black person killed by if you will White vigilantes who were trying to engage in a citizen's arrest.
There were three defendants in this case and they were found guilty. You can read about this from the AP.
In the above Timcast IRL segment you see Tim Pool and his panel discuss this case with attorney Andrew Branca who noted that there were some mistakes made in this case. Mistakes that might enable the defendants in this case to appeal.
Sadly this is yet another case that was turned very political and very racial. It wasn't a clear cut case if I believe Attorney Branca and the judge in this case was willing to make the jury decide if there was probably cause for this citizen's arrest or that these three defendants had absolute certainty that the late Arbury was engaged in the act of burglary.
