Stossel: China's dark turn

[VIDEO] In this latest video from John Stossel we see something interesting here. This really isn't breaking news we see here, China does attempt to control what their citizens can access from their homes in China. It's not exactly new that China restricts their citizens' access to western news sources or western social media.

As termed by Melissa Chen of The Spectator who covers what goes in China the Chinese Communists have figured out how to nail Jello to the wall. If you dare go beyond China's firewall and access western websites they will come to your home. Beyond that the Chinese Communists have learned how to manipulate public opinion using their own version of the internet - or perhaps it's more of an intranet.

Now to connect this with the discord going on in America they noted that in this video. The Hong Kong "rebellion" were waving American flags only to find out that some Americans are waving the flag of communism or socialism. The same time that Hong King citizens - known for their very laissez faire capitalism way before the so-called People's Republic of China took control of the Hong Kong territory from Great Britain in 1997 - are fighting against communism. Here in America we see people who want to create their own Marxist revolution in this case using the very dicey subject of race.

Worse still there are videos of these activists rioters using the same tactics against Chicago Police for example as the Hong Kong folks are using against PRC authorities. The usage of umbrellas as they hit a line of police officers. I have to do some research as far as what they're trying to accomplish. I do know that Chicago Police in some videos online took to snatching umbrellas out of the hands of these so-called social/racial justice activists rioters.

Here's the reality Chen sees some equivocations here. In the PRC you can't get away with criticizing the Communist Party or the President of PRC Xi Jinping. Here in America if the federal gov't under Donald Trump dares to utilize federal authority to take back control of the streets federal police are referred to as troops and thus constitutes on occupation. And thus authorities in a place Portland, Oregon will continue to allow these protesters leftist mobs to continue their rioting.

Well President Jinping you can't get away with much from him. He'll send you to re-education camps, send someone to your home to live with your family. Since his regime can manipulate public opinion and trample on whatever rights you may have over there. You will pay a price if you in any way speak against his regime.

Here in America if there are those who think there is very little difference between China and USA, many of us do get away with calling President Trump a dictator or worse. If anyone wants to say we're going into a authoritarian or autocratic or dictatorial direction have no idea what that really is.
