Hopefully we will have a clear 2020 winner

[VIDEO] To be honest I don't relish a Biden presidency. I'm willing to bet many Biden voters are asking themselves what they've done. Many probably voted for Biden because they wanted Trump gone and the public has arrived at the point where we will likely see Joe Biden and Kamala Harris take the oath on January 20, 2021.

Bill O'Reilly says that only the Supreme Court of the United States can likely stop the transition and the odds aren't good. Is there any evidence of systemic voting fraud? We heard bits and pieces but evidently there may not be or at least enough of an occurrence to satisfy any court.

SCOTUS Justice Alito has extended the deadline for the safe harbor to any challenges to the election in Pennsylvania. We hear legislators in disputed states as Arizona and Pennsylvania are calling for a special session for their state legislatures. Georgia just finished their recount and Biden's victory there is affirmed. So as far as Trump remaining in office after Jan. 20, '21 the odds are against him

So in my estimation barring and relief from the Supreme Court to avoid this scenario where the US House of Representatives would have to convene and conduct a contingent election for President of the United States. This hasn't happened since 1824 for President where Andrew Jackson had won the popular vote and electoral vote, however, it was a disputed election and it went to the House of Representatives.

Either way it's in the US Constitution. Each state gets one vote - ex California may have 55 electoral votes and thus 53 members of the House however regardless of the size of their delegation California has only one vote. Just like in the electoral college any candidate for President of the United States must get a majority of 50 votes in the house.

If there is a contigent election I'm sure someone will have an issue with it. I think this will be the cleanest way to solve the current issues. Better than someone charging the winning candidate with being a "court appoint president" or the "president select". Better than a President who it seems isn't illegitimate due to various measures that don't really add up.

We'll have to see, however, time is running out on this.

A clear winner would be nice, but life is never really fair. ⊙﹏⊙

On a humorous note, I have never posted in Capitol Fax before, but my ip addresses must be banned because I couldn't post there. I must be Trump. (@_@)

Or perhaps you're Bruce Rauner. I think he got caught writing a comment under an alias on CapFax today. :P

For me to be either, I'd have to waste money on skin bleaching products, which don't interest me. (@_@)

Rauner probably has better things to do than worry about what's said about him. Σ(ಠ_ಠ)
