It seems people especially younger people fall for the allure of socialism. The frame of reference they use is the socialism of Josef Stalin, Mao, even Adolf Hitler. And then more modern day examples such as Venezuela. Even then Paul and Stossel take aim at the idealized socialism of Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.
Time to read Sen. Paul's book.
