Bismarck, North Dakota the next boomtown?

You know Bismarck could be worth it if I didn't imagine how cold it would be in the winter. It's further north than even Minneapolis and I would imagine that city is pretty cold in the heart of winter. Though it's likely great in the summer and the standard of living is much lower probably than say Chicago.

Allow the Tribune to take you there.

Oh yeah I forget it's the state capitol of North Dakota too! :P
