Two cases where blogger Rich Miller states "It’s called governing. Do it, already.
One case involving the processing of paper applications for conceal carry permits. At first you could only file an application online, however, upon calls that not everyone has access to a computer this was change. Unfortunately filing on paper there will be a delay after the whole process begins.
The other case involves Obamacare. Well more accurately enrollment in the Illinois healthcare marketplace where 30,000 applications were filed by those seeking coverage. However, those applications were affected by glitches and the state of Illinois is asking applications to do their applications over again!
Wow and as Miller states at the begging of this post "Can’t anybody here play this game?"
The game of governing! Come to think of it, how is this game played anyway? :P
