The Supreme Court now has a retirement. Justice Sandra Day O'Connor is retiring from the Supreme Court of the United States. This paves the way for President Bush to nominate and appoint a new justice onto the Supreme Court. While President Bush has been having problems on his judicial nominations, this'll prove interesting given the fact that some people have a vested interest in who sits on that Supreme Court since there are those who believe the courts are THE final authority in certain matters. Well we'll have to see what Bush has in store for the Supreme Court.
