- Vaccine mandates for businesses - struck down by the SCOTUS
- Remain in Mexico policy - the administration is forced to keep policy in place
- Botched Afghanistan withdrawal
- Inflation - or we could call it Bidenflation and that's not flattering
- Build Back Better stalled
- Surge in COVID - he said he'd handle it better unlike Trump
- Changing election laws - he wants to curtail suppression of Black votes
Allow me to take on the seventh point. The President did a speech in the AUC regarding that last point. [VIDEO]
The President or perhaps his staff certainly knows that this will be a point many Black voters will mostly hear. This is what the battle over the US Senate filibuster is all about. His speech at least from those on the right wasn't well received.
To be honest I don't understand how the filibuster works. I usually associate this with say a Senator on the floor taking up as much time as possible in an effort to kill a bill. The filibuster is considered racist because many years ago when civil rights legislation was up for debate in the US Senate often it was white Southern Democrats who made the effort to kill civil rights legislation. However, it's safe to say both sides use it although Democrats may now want to kill the filibuster they may rue the day they finally do the deed when they might need it.
However, we're almost two days away from the Brando......Joe Biden/Kamala Harris administration being installed into power in 2021 and it's without a doubt been a very rough year. It seems the decline has started from the very beginning. Are we witnessing a lame duck admin already?
