[VIDEO] This is Larry Elder's first video in about a month. Last month Elder was a candidate in the recall election which failed to dislodge Gov. Gavin Newsom from power in California. He talks about what that recall election failed. And he starts off boiling it down to an SNL sketch which shows Jim Belushi pointing at someone in courtroom and yelling "WITCH!"
Noted was an attempted assault on Elder by some unhinged citizen wearing a pink haired gorilla mask, she was attempting to throw an egg at him - missed badly BTW. The video started off with him admonishing the LA Times editorial board for referring to him as a "blackface for white supremacy".
Now think about this in the last 20 years or longer California has gone increasingly Democrat. The witch quote I'm referring to is Elder's way of saying California Democrats just pointed to the fact that he was a right-wing Republican to convince the Democrat base to vote against recall. He noted that the abortion issue became a thing in this campaign.
