[VIDEO] Been a while since I featured a video from Reason.tv and they talk about while California is in decline. A high standard of living due to taxes and environmental regulation as far as real estate or energy. Then we have the homeless crisis and perhaps the governing class showing no real interest in attempting to solving these issues. We also learned earlier this year that California will lose a congressional seat.
Meanwhile Texas and Florida are gaining population and gaining congressional seats. Did you know that by 2045, Texas could become the largest state in the union population wise. Texas will be where the opportunities are and so is Florida although you might have to worry about snow and hurricanes in both places. That's not to say California is all perfect but it does have generally nice weather.
As long as people leaving California don't bring some of their bad habits which turned California dreams into California nightmares. And we shall see what happens with the recall of Gov. Gavin Newsome, will the Golden State make a change this year as far as the leadership of their state?
