José vs Joe: Who Gets A Job?


[VIDEO] I've been doing a number of job hunting posts but this story just caused my jaw to drop. Over the years we hear how if you have a really ethnic name (or more specifically a "Black" name) it may decrease your chances of getting a job. Well here's one take on this, in this situation a really Latin name.
