The first
story is absolutely outrageous. Why would you stop the car to start another argument with some people you already argued with. I'd have just kept going. Maybe this was immaturity but anyway see where starting another fight got those other people.
One of the women spotted another woman with whom she had quarreled earlier in the evening walking with about five other women.
"They stopped the car and got out and had another verbal altercation," Bright said. The men stayed in the car, he said.
The argument turned physical, and both women who exited the vehicle were stabbed. They were taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, one in critical condition and the other in serious condition.
The group they allegedly confronted fled on foot after the incident.
Maria Martinez, of the 1600 block of North 15th Avenue, Melrose Park, was pronounced dead at 3:15 a.m., according to a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Now this second
story, I really wonder what happened here...
Luther Turner, of the 1100 block of South Richmond Street, was standing on the sidewalk in the 1500 block of South Central Park Avenue at about 12:20 a.m. Saturday when a man approached him on foot and shot him once in the head, said Chicago Police Officer Marcel Bright.
Turner was pronounced dead at 9 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Sinai Hospital, according to a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office. Bright said detectives were unable to interview the victimt before he succumbed to his injuries.
Witnesses told police the assailant was a man in his 20s wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. The suspect fled on foot.

THE YOUNG GIRL TAHT STABBED HER IS WALKING THE STREETS OF CHICAGO FREE, JUST BECAUSE SHE IS A YOUNG PREGNANT MINOR AND THE INCIDENT HAPPENED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT SHE LIVES IN, NO ONE WILL TESTIFY AS A WITNESS EVEN THOUGH THAT SAME YOUNG GIRL STABBED ANOTHER WOMAN WITH THE SAME KNIFE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT THAT LED TO MARI'S DEATH.
VERBAL ALTERCATION CAN ENTAIL A LOT OF THINGS AND A PERSON SHOULD REALLY NOT BELEIVE EVERYTHING THAT IS IN THE NEWS, MARIA GAVE A GIRL A COMPLIMENT OUT OF THE CAR WINDOW AND IMMATURITY AND INGNORANCE LED TO THE ALTERCATION WHICH FOLLOWED, IT ALL DOES NOT EXCUSE THE FACT THAT 4 PEOPLE WERE FIGHTING AGAINST MARIA. FIGHT OR NOT JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN TO MARIA'S FAMILY, HER 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, OR MARIA HERSELF!
IF YOUR DAUGHTER WAS WALKIN DOWN THE STREET, HAD SOME SORT OF ALTERCATION WITH SOME OTHER YOUNG LADIES WHICH LED TO A FIGHT IN WHICH 3-4 OTHER PEOPLE JUMPED IN, GOT INVOLVED AND ONE OF THEM PULLED OUT A KNIFE AND STABBED YOUR DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE WAS DEFENDING HERSELF A LITTLE TOO WELL, WOULD THE FACT THAT A VERBAL ALTERCATION IS WHAT BEGAN IT HAVE ANY SORT OF IMPORTANCE WHATSOEVER IN THE WHOLE MATTER WHICH ENDED IN A DEATH. THE DEATH OF A YOUNG WOMAN...IT DOESN'T HOLD ANY WEIGHT WHATSOEVER BECAUSE MARIA DIED, AND NO ONE IS IN JAIL FOR IT. IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENTAL STABBING, SHE HAD A STAB WOULD TO HER BACK, SHE WAS STABBED IN THE BACK WHILE FIGHTING AGAINST 3-4 GIRLS...AND NO ONE IS IN JAIL...COMMENT ON THAT, RAISE AN ISSUE ABOUT THAT...ASK THE NEWSPAPER WHY THEY DIDN'T PRINT THAT!!!
