Spencer Pratt just dropped his concession video on his X/Twitter profile — classic reality-TV energy meets LA politics.
He’s out of the mayoral race after third place in the June 2 primary. No recount, no fraud challenge. Instead, he’s launching “Phase III” — a full-throated attack on Bass and Raman.Key Points
- Bass leads, Raman advances to November runoff.
- Pratt calls out homelessness, crime, and city failures.
- Teases bombshell recordings that could force one opponent to resign in shame.

Pratt’s Activism & the Bombshell Tease
Pratt isn’t fading into the background. He’s ramping up his outsider activism — exposing what he calls the “commie animals” running LA into the ground. His campaign already featured viral AI videos, block parties in South LA, and relentless spotlight on filthy streets, failed policies, and government waste.
Now comes the real fireworks: Pratt claims he’s holding explosive recordings of one top candidate doing something so outrageous it would trigger an immediate resignation “in shame.” He’s saving it for after the November runoff — letting voters pick their “demon” first, then dropping the hammer.
This could get wild. If the tape is as damaging as he hints, it might blow up the entire race.
Fresh Momentum: HUD Action on LAHSA
Just hours after the concession, Pratt highlighted major news on X: HUD Secretary Scott Turner suspended funding to the fraud-plagued LA Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA).
There are no coincidences.

God bless Secretary Turner. https://t.co/5rf7e9QJsV pic.twitter.com/SQudGDlEkS
This directly hits Pratt’s core fight against the homeless industrial complex — and shows his voice is already driving real federal pressure on LA’s failures.
What’s Next?
Expect daily heat from Pratt. He’s laser-focused on corruption, homelessness, and turning LA around — and he’s not slowing down. This Phase III feels like the start of something bigger. Stay tuned; things are about to get interesting.
My Take
To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed that Pratt has essentially conceded the race. At the same time, I see the freedom he gains now that he’s no longer boxed in by campaign rules.
It makes me wonder how different this Phase III will look compared to the next five months of straight campaigning against incumbent Mayor Karen Bass. Either way, he’s staying in the fight — and that raw energy might expose more about LA’s dysfunction than another polished candidate ever could.
