I'm posting this early in the morning on Veteran's Day. This picture is of a veteran's tombstone that I found in the graveyard at a church in Mound Bayou, Mississippi this past summer. I ran into a lot of these tombstones visiting the churches and adjoining graveyards around this part of Mississippi. Most aren't in the best condition whether they've sunk into the ground or leaning over.
Still it doesn't matter if they've served in the First World War, Second World War, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom. I know I'm missing some major military operations in addition to those but this is a day for all the veteran's of the United States military. Bless them all!
