Roman Balmakov discusses the issue of dueling electors

 

[VIDEO] Well this is old news the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico all cast electoral votes for Joe Biden to give him and Kamala Harris their victory in the electoral college. However, the Republican elector slates who are pledged to vote for President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have cast their procedural votes. So seven states have electoral votes for both Biden and Trump of course the issue here is Biden was the declared winner in those states.

The GOP electoral votes are procedural because those states are considered in dispute and it enables Trump to continue his legal challenges. Unfortunately it's not over until Congress counts and certifies electoral votes on January 6, 2021. There are other cases pending in court according to Epoch Time's Balmakov.

The next step here is to determine which electoral votes from those seven states could give Trump an edge or could be see a contingent election for President in the US House of Representatives as prescribed by the US Constitution once we see that there is no clear winner after challenges in the US Congress.

[VIDEO] What if on January 6, 2021 as the US Congress in a joint session begins to certify and count the electoral votes from the states we see objections and possibly a US Rep and a Senator sign. It probably will be partisan especially Republicans. I don't know how Nancy Pelosi can influence it since Mike Pence as Vice President and President of the US Senate is expected to preside over this joint session.

And we have dueling electors from seven states Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, and of all places New Mexico sending both Democrat and Republican electoral votes. Aside from New Mexico which its safe to say went to Biden, the other states were disputed.

Again who knows if this works, and correctly this is another hail mary pass to block Joe Biden's incoming administration.

It's official electoral college voting day

 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris was elected by electors from each state and the District of Columbia to be the president and vice president-elect of the United States. The election is officially over.

Surprise, surprise California's 55 electors placed Biden over the 270 majority votes mark earlier this afternoon. According to Citizen Free Press, Biden is at 302 electoral votes. Wasn't he projected to win 306 electoral votes, what happened with the other three?

With this said, CFP terms today's vote in each state as symbolic. In seven states GOP electors were able to cast their electoral votes for President Trump. Including in Michigan where at first Republican electors were blocked by state police from entering the state capitol when Democrat electors cast their ballots for Joe Biden. 

And here's a surprising one, Trump wants to block New Mexico's electors over their usage of drop boxes for mail-in voting. Although unlike the other battleground states that Trump actually won in 2016 and was leading until the vote swung right back to Biden later, New Mexico was one of those states that Trump likely wasn't going to win.

Well, I would still say this is the beginning of the end for Donald Trump.
