The Rubin Report Interview Britain Won’t Air on the BBC

Dave Rubin sat down with Andrew Gold, the former BBC filmmaker who now hosts Heretics. The title of the episode is the claim: if this is not stopped, the UK’s fall is irreversible.

Watch it here: [VIDEO]

Gold starts with psychology. Political tribes and social-media loops, he says, run on the same machinery as cults: belonging, status, conformity. Intelligent people get trapped because the group rewards the approved answers. People usually leave only after the group mistreats them. October 7 did that for some progressive Jews.

Then the machinery that is supposed to keep the argument open.

The Arday Affair

Matt Walsh’s new episode is less a recap of the Jason Arday scandal than a look at what the scandal produced. After the Cambridge professor’s death, a crowd gathered in Trafalgar Square to treat a man whose record was already collapsing under plagiarism claims and an implausible life story as a hunted racial martyr. Walsh plays the footage, the speeches, and the demands for media control. The point is not simply that Arday’s career does not survive scrutiny. It is that a certain politics would rather canonize the wreckage than admit the hiring, the standards, and the story were the problem.

You can watch Walsh's podcast here: [VIDEO]

The Politics of Gaslighting

Konstantin Kisin, the Russian-born comedian, Triggernometry co-host, and author of An Immigrant’s Love Letter to the West, sat down with John Anderson and said something most British politicians still won’t: the country is poorer than its people think, and the people in charge keep telling them otherwise.

Watch the conversation: [VIDEO]

The interview is called “The Politics Of Gaslighting.” Kisin walks through the numbers without the usual hedging. Most Britons, according to polling he cites, still believe their country is in the same wealth league as Switzerland, Singapore or Australia. On a per-capita basis it isn’t. Britain sits much further down the table and is close to being overtaken by Poland. The pie is shrinking. The argument is over who gets the next slice.

That’s the part that travels. GDP can be juiced by importing more people. Per-person living standards are a different story. Kisin’s point is that the political class has every incentive to keep measuring the first number and ignore the second. Anderson, who has seen the same productivity stall in Australia, keeps asking the obvious follow-up: how do you tell people the truth when they have been trained to treat it as an attack?

Britain Is Finished: Peter Hitchens on Triggernometry

There’s a new Triggernometry interview with Peter Hitchens that dropped over the weekend. The title is blunt: “We Live in the Age of Delusions.” He spends a good portion of it diagnosing Britain’s condition with the kind of clarity most politicians still refuse to touch.

Check out the Triggernometry episode with Peter Hitchens here: [VIDEO]

Rupert Lowe on PBD Podcast: Starmer’s Resignation and Britain’s Failures

This morning on the PBD Podcast, British MP Rupert Lowe joined Patrick Bet-David for a wide-ranging, no-holds-barred conversation. The episode — focused on the Rape Gang Inquiry Lowe recently released and Keir Starmer’s resignation — pulled no punches on Britain’s institutional failures, mass immigration fallout, and the rapid turnover of prime ministers.

It’s the kind of direct talk that rarely makes it through mainstream British media filters. Here’s a clear breakdown of who Lowe is and what stood out, especially his comments on the “revolving door” in the Prime Minister’s office.

Who Is Rupert Lowe?

Rupert Lowe is the Restore Britain MP for Great Yarmouth (elected in 2024 originally on the Reform UK ticket). He previously served as a Brexit Party MEP and built a career as a businessman, farmer, and former chairman of Southampton Football Club.

He split from Nigel Farage’s Reform UK after internal disagreements and launched Restore Britain as a harder-edged alternative focused on mass deportations, scrapping net-zero targets, and confronting what he calls the grooming gang cover-up. Lowe crowdfunded around £600,000 for an independent inquiry into organized child sexual exploitation, which he released recently. The report estimates (conservatively) up to 250,000 victims — mostly white British girls aged 11–13 — with perpetrators overwhelmingly of Pakistani Muslim background, alongside other groups.

Watch Rupert Lowe on the PBD Podcast (Full Episode) [VIDEO]

In the conversation, which dropped amid news of Keir Starmer’s resignation, Lowe doesn’t hold back on Britain’s leadership instability and the grooming gang scandal.

Starmer Resigns: The Revolving Door of UK Prime Ministers Continues

So it has happened. The British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his resignation today. As was predicted with certainty by President Donald Trump. I wonder if his spot-on call came from communication between the two “peers.”

Brexit at 10: Wins, Costs, Immigration Realities, and Starmer’s Mounting Crisis

Fresh reports say UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer could announce a resignation timetable as early as Monday. The Observer detailed his weekend at Chequers and internal pressure, while Reuters and BBC covered the shifting mood inside Labour and speculation about successor Andy Burnham. President Trump weighed in on Truth Social, declaring “Keir Starmer will resign” and citing failures on immigration and energy.

I watched Bloomberg Originals’ This Is What Brexit Cost the World amid this news. Here’s a concise breakdown.

The Breaking Point: Governments vs. Their Own People

The West is hitting a dangerous tipping point. Native citizens in countries like the UK are being pushed aside by policies that favor mass immigration from the third world, often at the expense of safety, culture, and basic fairness. Anti-white racism, demographic replacement, and elite contempt for everyday people are fueling growing unrest.

Young Ethiopian Prince's earthly body remains at Windsor Castle

When King Charles III was crowned earlier this month - and certainly before that when Queen Elizabeth II has passed away - we heard a lot about the bad that happened from the days of the British Empire. Ethiopia was looted after a conflict against the Emperor Tewodros after a failure in diplomacy.

Of course I will add that Tewodros did take a British consul hostage after this communiques with Queen Victoria were left ignored which prompted a response from Britain back during the 1860s. Brought back to Britain was an Ethiopian Prince Alemayehu who unfortunately had no other family with him as the Queen of that time took an interest in him and helped to support him. A royal supporting a royal.

His mother Empress Tiruwork Wube had been taken to Britain also, however, she had passed away during that journey. Sadly the Prince himself died there in 1879 aged 18 after over a decade in exile from Ethiopia.

While that African nation is no longer a monarchy today, the last Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie was deposed by a communist regime in 1973, the Ethiopian republic wants Alemayehu's remains returned to his native land. Sadly authorities in Britain has so far refused citing that removing his remains would disturb other's earthly remains.

Prince Alemayehu is buried at Windsor Castle according to The Guardian he's buried with nine others at  St. George's Chapel.

Charles is crowned King

[VIDEO] I hadn't written a whole lot about the royals on this blog. You may know Queen Elizabeth II died last September and as a result her oldest son Charles becomes King as Charles III. Earlier today in "jolly ole England" Charles had his coronation and was crowned finally.

I would say this is akin to an inauguration although in this case Charles was King the moment that his mother the Queen Elizabeth had passed away. It's interesting to see this once in a generation event. How long shall the 74-year-old king reign?

Now wait what happened with Boris Johnson

[VIDEO] This came out over the weekend and it's official Rishi Sunak is now the new British Prime Minister replacing the outgoing Liz Truss. It was in the news with my most recent post that Boris Johnson was looking to again become P.M., however, he later bowed out of the race and lead the way for Mr. Sunak. He is the first British Prime Minister of Indian descent and just think the sun used to never set on the British Empire....

The vid you see above is of PM Sunak making his first address to the British people after his meeting with Prince King Charles offering to allow Sunak to form a gov't.

Could Boris Johnson return to No. 10 Downing Street?

[VIDEO] Boris Johnson resigned as British Prime Minister earlier in September to give way to the now outgoing Prime Minister Liz Truss. I was already hearing quick news reports of the past week which showed that her gov't was fracturing with resignations from her cabinet. It showed a lack of confidence in her leadership and I was wondering at what point will she resign.

Now that she has departed as not only Prime Minister also as Conservative Party leader, now the whole race to replace the outgoing leader begins anew. Remember there was a no-confidence vote of PM Johnson before he ultimately resigned although he succeeded in that vote. Of course whatever was going on in his prime ministership still continued until he resigned. And then PM Truss was rocked by her own issues.

So what could happen next? Well assuming that there is no general election called to determine who will control the British gov't for at least the next five years, the Conservative Party will have to choose a new leader. And in spite of what happened during the past two months one of those potential new Conservative Leader and PM is Boris Johnson. He may get another administration.

As you can see British politics is much different than ours. It would be unheard of for a President to resign if he doesn't have the confidence of his party or even his own gov't. We have fixed terms so we know when the next election will be and no higher authority is expected to call an election. We know that every two years we vote for US Reps and every six years we vote for US Senators and every four years we vote for POTUS.

That Westminster system that predominates over there in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland seems like such a beast! And think about this, the late Queen Elizabeth II appointed Truss as PM not that long before her death. Now her successor King Charles III will soon have to appoint the new PM.

Tucker: This is why they're attacking the late Queen Elizabeth II

[VIDEO] I've already shared two posts over at Shedd School about the death of British Queen Elizabeth today, Thursday.

Tucker discusses the ramifications of her majesty's death and the nation she reigned over for over 70 years. When she was young and a new queen the British Empire was slowly but surely breaking up. And it seems Tucker Carlson is talking up the British Empire of yore that didn't engage in geonicide, ended the ritual murder of widows in India, and gave the world great literature, freedom of speech, and even the Magna Carta.

Alas the British despite their accomplishments and their positive contributions to the world, they're just another European racist nation that plundered the world. And you see in this clip the BLM riots that took place in of all places "jolly ole England". Just as they did here in the "colonies", they destroyed statues to Britain's greatness over there as well.

The Queen for her contributions to the world deserves better than to be attacked by those who have nothing of their own to contribute.

P.M. Boris Johnson wins no-confidence vote

[VIDEO] Again I can be a geek for how other nations governs themselves. Yesterday it was reported that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was to face a no-confidence vote by his own Conservative Party, if it was successful the party has to select a new leader and essentially a new Prime Minister. Well for now P.M. Johnson is safe.

Party rules dictate that there can't be another vote like this for at least at a year. And I don't know the full political implications of this however I understand there were some issues with some conduct during the pandemic. Sort of like some politicians here in America.

For example, you've established essentially a lockdown. You can't dine-out, you can't have large gatherings - in some instance can't go to church - while the politician who issues that lockdown decides to have a party in a restaurant contradicting their own lockdown order. So it's not just state governors or mayors now British Prime Ministers.

Anyway some sources view him as politically wounded by this vote. All I can say is time will tell. Amazingly the Conservatives have been in power for over a decade after yet another decade-plus of Labour gov't

Boris Johnson no-confidence vote

[VIDEO] Sometimes I'm such a geek for how different nations govern themselves.

Right now in Great Britain they're celebrating Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee as she celebrates 70 years on the British throne. Of course the gov't of Prime Minister Boris Johnson essentially rules in her name as it's still her majesty's gov't.

And now P.M. Johnson is facing a challenge to his leadership. A no-confidence vote is looming for him which means he will no longer be Prime Minister and leader of the British Conservative Party. I suppose we shall find out how this will go as events run their course.

Difference between British Conservatives and American Republicans...

[VIDEO] While American gov't and politics has been derived from the British system over the years this interview with Ben Shapiro and Douglas Murray shows the differences between our two nations. British Conservatives aren't too similar to our Republicans ideology. Murray states there are no litmus test issues for British Conservatives and that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is really a "liberal" conservative.

Although the Prime Minister has the ability to get votes from the opposition party which is a skill Republicans need to develop in America. We have a recall election to come in California and Republicans certainly will need to appeal to Democrats although many Dems find it reprehensible to even vote Republican because reasons.

I suppose the question is how do Republicans make gains in blue states. I'd start with fiscal conservatism as how can a state take care of its people if the state can't pay it's bills. Of course crime and safety is another important issue. But that's not the point of this post.

The point of this post is Britain and America are very different societies indeed.

Prince Philip R.I.P.

Well this broke today. The prince consort to British Queen Elizabeth II wasn't in the best of health as of late which certainly came to light when his granddaughter in law Meghan Markle and his grandson Prince Harry did their interview with Oprah. That interview generated a lot of controversy with accusations of racism - it's no surprise that someone in the royal household would be concerned with the skin color of the Prince and Meghan's son. However in light of Philip's health issues the interview itself was considered by many in bad taste.

Anyway let's share some information which I linked from the Chicago Tribune:

Kemi Badenoch in UK Parliament speaks against "critical race theory"

[VIDEO] Badenoch is a Conservative MP for Saffron Waldon and this speech has been making the rounds on social media as she speaks for the Conservative gov't of Boris Johnson on critical race theory. Over the course of this summer we've heard a lot more of white privilege and it seems the narrative of defunding or abolishing police being taught in our classrooms.

I've got some research to do on critical theory however it seems as if victimhood seems to be easily promoted with that theory.

However, I'm glad to see that just like here in America where President Trump has pledged to remove elements of critical theory from American schools and certainly in gov't employment - you know I've seen screencaps of some online sessions where whites are forced to admit they're racist and that's utterly disgraceful. In the UK as Badenoch states whatever the American history is, it has very little to do with British history many blacks such as her came there as free people.

Prager U: Why Britain Left the European Union

[VIDEO] Brexit happened over two years ago. On June 23, 2016 the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland voted to leave the European union. Untile watching this Prager U ivdeo it wasn't something I understood.

Nigel Farage who is not only a member of the European Union Parliment, but a leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party and according to the Prager U description a leader in the "Brexit" movement. That means he largely lead the charge successful back in 2016 for the British nation to leave Europe's political and economic union. I can boil it down to British voters recognize that remaining in the EU wasn't in their best economic interests.

Which BTW, I've read that Donald Trump ascension to the Presidency later that year over former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was America's answer to Brexit. Question is in what ways, that I've yet to figure out!

Also in other news, British Prime Minister Teresa May has a new look cabinet over the Brexit question!

Also Trump has a NATO summit in Europe and well is shaking up things there.

Thank the British if you live in freedom

[VIDEO] John Ruberry posted this video from Prager U. with regards to the British Empire expanding around the world this idea of freedom throughout it's almost worldwide empire. Remember the United States of America was once part of the British Empire until the American Revolution - probably caused by "benign neglect".

Of course Ruberry brings to mind his Irish ancestors and British rule over Ireland that may cause questions to be asked over Britain's ideas of liberating these many lands. Better yet, their role in keeping peace between warring tribes. Allowing people to maintain their cultures and customs although having a strong sense of right & wrong still might put their foot down on practices they may see as barbaric - such as what's noted in the video the live burning of widows.

I just know that there are going to be those who because the British conquered so much land on the globe for so many years that many will attack this video. Yeah when the British landed in the Americas they came into contact with the American Indian or native American and unfortunately there were some skirmishes and even disease that began to lower their numbers. Same for the Aborigines of Australia or even the Maoris of New Zealand. Yeah we may even discuss the role of the British in the Atlantic slave trade although they ultimately resolved to end Slavery in their territories and end the slave trade.

The bad news today is the emphasis has become demonizing certain groups of people. Unfortunately we know so much about the oppression caused by Europeans on different ethnicities or race. The various nations of Europe have over the centuries been at war with each other and sometimes there were some oppression or genocide. These days we know about the Europeans and their brutal colonialism in the Americas, Africa, or Asia.

It was pointed out that for the most part former colonies of Britain often hadn't fallen into the trap of dictatorial governance. Unfortunately I'm not sure that's true, look at Nigeria, Zimbabwe, perhaps to a lesser extent South Africa - where the white minority chose to subjugate the non-white majority which probably is  a worse form of segregation that what we may know of the American south. British colonialism isn't perfect and more so than the end of British colonial rule.

Then again we see some parallels with for example Iraq and Afghanistan after removing their respective regimes during the course of the War on Terror we installed more liberal democracies in those nations. The results from what I've seen has been less than ideal in both countries and both are still dealing with radical Islamic fundamentalist movements in those nations, especially Afghanistan since after 9/11/2001 we removed the ruling Taliban regime from power.

In both of those examples it was certainly foolhardy to even think we should nation-build. With this in mind we could always look at the British example when we may make the ultimate decision to go toe-to-toe with a regime who proves uncooperative as far as their threat to the world.
