Gov. DeSantis is running for POTUS

 I consider myself a fan of how he's governed the great state of Florida. I'd say he's been very solid on the cultural war issues which includes the unjustifiable gender transition of minors. One thing people seem to ding him on is his conflict with Disney, some may say he's scored no victories with that. However, I don't know enough about that to really say.

On Wednesday on a Twitter space, he announced for President in 2024. To which, good on him if he waited another four years people might forget all about him. He's term limited in Florida so it's not like he could pull an Andrew Cuomo who was in his third term when he resigned as Governor of New York. Just like Obama he just decided to go for it.

However, in 2024 he's running against another Florida resident who helped him win the Florida Governor race in 2018. His name is former President Donald Trump and well Trump is going to take out anyone who stands in his way of regaining the Presidency that he believed he was screwed out of in 2020.

I suppose that's the real danger, just check out this video posted to Trumps' IG page. I'm sorry but it's just too funny.

Young Ethiopian Prince's earthly body remains at Windsor Castle

When King Charles III was crowned earlier this month - and certainly before that when Queen Elizabeth II has passed away - we heard a lot about the bad that happened from the days of the British Empire. Ethiopia was looted after a conflict against the Emperor Tewodros after a failure in diplomacy.

Of course I will add that Tewodros did take a British consul hostage after this communiques with Queen Victoria were left ignored which prompted a response from Britain back during the 1860s. Brought back to Britain was an Ethiopian Prince Alemayehu who unfortunately had no other family with him as the Queen of that time took an interest in him and helped to support him. A royal supporting a royal.

His mother Empress Tiruwork Wube had been taken to Britain also, however, she had passed away during that journey. Sadly the Prince himself died there in 1879 aged 18 after over a decade in exile from Ethiopia. 

While that African nation is no longer a monarchy today, the last Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie was deposed by a communist regime in 1973, the Ethiopian republic wants Alemayehu's remains returned to his native land. Sadly authorities in Britain has so far refused citing that removing his remains would disturb other's earthly remains.

Prince Alemayehu is buried at Windsor Castle according to The Guardian he's buried with nine others at  St. George's Chapel.

Trans cover model of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition

 

[VIDEO] Kim Petras is on the currently a cover model for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Petras is known for being on stage at the Grammy's in a hellish themed set with Sam Smith. Petras is also known for being a transgendered artist.

Born a boy Petras had a sex-change at 16 and I do understand is originally from Germany. So Petras is a current cover model with Megan Fox and the 81-year-old Martha Stewart. And making Petras a swimsuit model as a transwoman is proving to be controversial.

As we're learning with Bud Light we see companies trying for woke points doing campaigns that really go against the target demographic of their customers. Men who drink Bud Light don't want to see a man masquerading as a woman. And men don't want to see a man in a swimsuit of an issue that is known for showing young beautiful women.

It's in the news currently that Adidas has a man modeling a Pride 2023 women's swimsuit. I mean really? A man modeling a piece of attire that is designed for women?

As you see Lauren Chen of The Blaze argue, what is it with essentially replacing women with men?

[VIDEO] This was discussed last nite on Tim Pool's podcast, the appointment of former World Economic Forum (WEF) Chairwoman Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO of Twitter. Musk who still owns the platform will reduce his role as executive chairman & Chief Tech Officer.

I see the concerns of many including a man named Billboard Chris - he's known for protesting the idea of gender transition of children - about Yaccarino taking over the platform.

O'Reilly: Trump called Bill after the CNN Townhall

 

[VIDEO] I don't watch CNN and thus never saw the townhall. I have seen clips and Bill O'Reilly shared some with his audience. Well you decide whether or not Trump did well in this townhall. 

Did you think that the moderator here knew how to really interview Trump? Did he basically run away with the townhall? There were clips where he just had to call her out on how nasty she was. The 45th POTUS knew he was in a hostile environment.

And you know that's one feedback I do have. CNN was very hostile to Trump and yet they allowed him to come on and have a forum. Gutsy move I'd say, but then CNN since Trump left office had gone through a number of changes. Many of the personalities who's ratings depended on Trump being on office and thus someone to target for ratings have since left the network. In addition to being under new ownership in recent months.

I suppose another question to ask if whether or not being here benefitted Trump more than CNN? Who knows what the ratings were for this townhall?

 He posted another video to YouTube on Tuesday and as he talks about free speech and how Twitter (owned by Elon Musk) has become a platform of free speech. And you heard it in that 2-plus minute video, Tucker is bringing back another version of his old FOX News program to twitter.

Can't wait to see what form that'll take. And I do wonder if this breached his contract with FOX which I understand runs through January 2025. He's still getting paid, however, this might violate a "non-compete" provision. Though he's not going to another media outlet, he's just going to social media.

Charles is crowned King

 

[VIDEO] I hadn't written a whole lot about the royals on this blog. You may know Queen Elizabeth II died last September and as a result her oldest son Charles becomes King as Charles III. Earlier today in "jolly ole England" Charles had his coronation and was crowned finally.

I would say this is akin to an inauguration although in this case Charles was King the moment that his mother the Queen Elizabeth had passed away. It's interesting to see this once in a generation event. How long shall the 74-year-old king reign?

Mark Dice major update on Bud Light

 

[VIDEO] So Mark Dice is discussing the ongoing decline of Anheuser-Busch with the debacle over using a transgender influencer - whom I don't want to give anymore attention to as he really needs professional help - to promote the Bud Light brand. He even shows a Project Veritas video which seems like satire of a Anheuser-Busch executive making a pitch to selling their products to Muslims hoping to "dominate the market". LOL!

Regardless then we go to another issue going on a "drag queen" being hired by the Navy to help with recruitment. WAIT!

Since Biden went into office we've been hearing about Army officers engaging in a fetish called "puppy play". As you see here in Dice's video we see an Army General talking about LGBTQ issues and how that affects the US Army which could be described as the military going woke. We also see a high ranking transgender officer in the military's newest branch the Space Force being interviewed.

How in the name of I don't know what is a drag queen going to help with recruitment? The time for me to join the Navy has passed, however, if that window was still open I just closed it with that foolishness.

I'll share a tweet from P.B.D. and you see it on this clip above just to show exactly what he's offering Carlson who surely is plotting his next move.

Bill O'Reilly: Dealing with ridicule

 

[VIDEO] O'Reilly is right, ridicule is a means for someone to diminish you in some way and it definitely a hateful act. You can respond with severe anger as he will admit he would, or you could hit someone which could open you up to charges. Although to be fair if someone got punched in the jaw for their ridicule it's earned because who likes that and who wants to allow their acts to escalate to that point.

In any event two responses short of anger or assault. Ask that person are they OK? Or just simply look at that person, walk away, and never deal with them again.

I'd say life is too short to deal with people who doesn't respect you. Anger will only cause those who ridicule you to feed off your energy, it's crazy but then that says a lot about them.
