Trump wins legal battle in Pennsylvania

[VIDEO] Pennsylvania is one of those states that helped get Biden over the top and allow him to declare victory as "President-elect". As we know there some expected legal action in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona (among other networks FOX News called this state for Biden while CNN hasn't made the call, odd), and of course Georgia (and people are celebrating that they went blue).

Probably since Election Day last week we hear about various improprieties such as changing the process for mail-in vote (BTW, we're in the pandemic and thus this was being pushed as opposed to standing in line casting a ballot at your local polling precinct). We also have issues with voting machines perhaps you voted for Trump you put your ballot into a reading machine and magically your vote goes for Biden instead. We also have after the election we see that as far as the counts observers being denied the ability to observe election workers counting ballots.

We're clearly in a new era right now and it's a hell of a lot worse than what happened in Florida 20 years ago. I have to remind myself what happened in Pennsylvania:

A Pennsylvania appellate court handed President Donald Trump’s campaign a minor victory Thursday, barring counties from including in their final vote tallies a small pool of mail ballots from people who had failed to provide required ID by a Monday deadline.

In a two-page order, a Commonwealth Court judge struck down a decision by the Wolf administration to give voters more time, postelection, to fulfill the ID requirement.

State law requires all voters who applied to vote by mail to have their identification validated against state records by Nov. 9. However, just before the election, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar pushed that date back by three days, citing a court decision earlier this year that allowed late-arriving mail ballots to be counted as long as they had been mailed by Nov. 3 and received within three days of that date.

In her order Thursday, Commonwealth Court President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt ruled that Boockvar had no authority to do that.

With this said I will echo Tim Pool in the video you see above. Mr. Trump has a series of hail mary passes to complete in order to have a narrow chance of remaining in office in January. This is one of them and there's a chance if those votes are thrown out that it might not be enough to take Pennsylvania away from "President-elect" Biden. Then in those aforementioned states the President will have to be successful especially Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona. If he can flip those states back into his column then the Biden/Harris ticket can eat their celebration.

And again even if the elections in these states are certified and the electoral votes are counted in Congress, I would have to bring up that a Biden presidency might be hobbled by legitimacy. Perhaps it was difficult to overcome with George W. Bush and certainly with Donald J. Trump, I think it would be especially difficult with Joseph R. Biden considering the circumstances.

At least with Bush or Trump the issues of legitimacy was over the simplicity of winning the electoral college with over 270 electoral votes, however, neither man won a plurality of the popular vote. Both men had the opposition make statements referencing their respective elections. An interesting quirk in our electoral system, you need not win a plurality of all ballots cast by American voters to secure a majority of electoral votes.

However, if there was some voter fraud or even "cheating" that's not quirky. I think those issues, those processes are problematic and should be treated as such. Any candidate elected in such a fashion should beware of that considering any future electoral considerations.

Yes I did hear about that. I hear that his lawyers and various law firms were harassed by people who don't want his legal battle to go forward. It's getting very ugly out there.
