[VIDEO] Well there was plenty of speculation (well more like expectations) that Democrat Joe Biden would pick a woman of color to be his choice for VP. He did and her name is Kamala Harris who is of both Jamaican and Indian descent. She is a graduate of Howard University and I didn't know she was a member of the historically Black sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha.
She's a former California Attorney General and was elected to the US Senate for California. Now she as a woman of color has the opportunity to become the next Vice President of the United States. The next question will be whether or not she'll help former Vice President Joe Biden's chances to take the White House in November.
We shall see.
