In California, who have the recall provision, it's entirely possible to have a Lt. Gov. who is of another party. It's because in California, they don't elect a Governor or a Lt. Governor on the same party ticket like we would in Illinois. So when you read this story, you must know that since they were elected on the same ticket, you might be surprised to see that even our Lt. Gov is tired of the antics of Gov. Blagojevich.
This is not the first time he's criticized him. He was critical during the debate over the GRT. He's probably very sick of the who budget mess as well. It's a wonder he got re-elected last year.
