2nd City Cop talks about the Corliss High School incident

What they argue is that this off-duty police officer was within the legal guidelines to do what he did. They didn't see a headbutt nor his head banging against the floor. They also had problems with the lack of help from a uniformed female police officer who was also seen in this video. What they would also suggest is that off-duty police officers shouldn't work for the public school off-duty.
