It appears there might be a constitutional amendment to take away the governor's power of the amdendatory veto (AV). Rep. John Fritchey, I hope he blogs about this soon will file his proposal by the end of the day according to the Capitol Fax. More on this story today and the voting on the transit bailout bill was written over at The Sixth Ward.
